How did this block get into my Project from another Project?

The free floating assignment of global seconds_ON somehow escaped from another Project of mine (pie chart sample) and found its way into an API sample I am developing.

I usually run with a clean Backpack.

I suspect it may have lurked in my Blocks Editor Ctrl-C buffer across days.

Removing the blocks with their 2 red errors only reduced the error count by 1.

Asking the Blocks Editor to find the next red error came up empty.

Asking the Blocks Editor to show errors triggered a crash.
Error count mismatch crash

Yes, there appears to be an issue where the block workspace shortcuts get fired even when it's not actively open. I'm looking into it.
