Error when publishing (to the Gallery )

Sorry if we missed this elsewhere in the forum, but looking for some help.

My son and I are trying to publish our first app, but can't seem to push it live.

We receive the following message after clicking the "Publish to Gallery" button, completeing the "Update Project" screen and clicking "Submit":

"Something went wrong. A message has already been sent to the Gallery administrator to look into the problem."

Does your aia project include any extensions ?

There was an attempt to email the results, which used an "ActivityStarter" component. I removed that, and we could publish the app.
