Block picking, and dragging. general programming issues?

Hi. I have been experiencing issues since February 12- 2025 i can not pick and use blocks from the menu and from my bagpack. I cant program then, is this a general issue or a particular one for me?
Somtimes get this note "The blocks area did not load properly. Changes to the blocks for screen 4692194387689472_Screen1 will not be saved." but must of the time just can not pick and drag blocks
