Designer Issue - Not visible components

In screen different from "SCREEN 1", "not visible" components are NOT visible even if "Display hidden components in Viewer" is flagged .

@TIMAI2 I think since the new UI is now in production, UI-related issues should probably be left as their own posts. That way they can be assigned to someone other than me if necessary.
